Winter + Free Spring Cleanup — FAQ
How do I qualify for the free Spring Cleanup?
Stay on weekly service continuously from November 1 to March 31 (inclusive) without canceling. If extreme weather forces a skip, we catch up the following visit — you’re still eligible.
What’s included in the Spring Cleanup?
A one‑time deep sweep after thaw: full yard walkthrough, bag & remove all waste. Standard yard size up to ~8,000 sq. ft. Larger or complex properties may require a small surcharge (waived at our discretion).
Do you work in heavy snow or extreme cold?
Safety first. During blizzards or dangerous windchill we may postpone, then perform an extended catch‑up on the next service day.
Do you sanitize tools between yards?
Yes. Tools and boots are disinfected after every yard. We also send a latched‑gate photo for peace of mind.
