Is Laurentian Hills too far west to be on a route?
It isn't. West Kitchener runs on the same day as the Forest Heights side of the city. The wetland edge is the only thing that changes our approach: yards backing onto it collect more windblown debris, so separating waste from leaf litter takes longer there.
Our street has a lot of rentals. Can tenants book directly?
Tenants can hold the account in their own name — we don't need a landlord involved when the yard belongs to a single unit. Where grass is shared between units, we do need the owner to approve it before starting.
