What service actually feels like
Guelph clients want something simple — consistent service and honest communication.
We show up on your scheduled day, clean the active dog areas, take the waste off your property, and send you a message when we're done. You don't need to be home. There's no contract. The yard's clean every week. That's the whole thing.
Guelph clients stay because the service is honest, the yard stays clean, and nothing gets left behind.

Weekly, bi-weekly & one-time service in GuelphCommon questions
The details people usually want before they start.
Are Westminster Woods, Kortright Hills, Exhibition Park, and Clairfields all covered?
They are, and between them they stretch from the south end to the centre of the city, so most streets in between fall on the same runs. If a Guelph address genuinely sits outside what we can reach, we'll say so upfront rather than booking you and unwinding it later.
Can you service properties near the University of Guelph?
The residential streets around campus are on our routes and student rentals are welcome. The thing worth planning for is the spring turnover — tell us who holds the account when a lease changes hands so the service doesn't quietly lapse between tenants.
Does the dog waste actually leave my Guelph property?
Yes, it does. This comes up a lot and the answer is always the same: we bag the waste and take it with us. Nothing is left in your garbage can, your compost, or at your curb. It leaves when we leave.
How long does a visit usually take?
A typical single-dog Guelph yard takes ten to fifteen minutes. Bigger lots, more dogs, or a first visit after a long gap run considerably longer. We'd rather the technician took the time the yard needs than hit a stopwatch, which is why arrival windows are given as a range instead of a fixed minute.
What happens if we're not happy with a cleanup?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it at no charge — that's what the Clean Paws Guarantee means in practice. We'd rather hear about a missed corner than have you quietly decide we're not worth keeping.
Can I change my service day later?
You can ask, and we'll accommodate it where the route allows. Days are grouped geographically, so moving you means moving you to whichever day already covers your street — not every day of the week is available at every address, and we'll be straight with you about what is.
Guelph deserves a clean backyard. Let's keep it that way.
Enter your address, get your price, and we'll take care of the rest. Service can start within the week and there's no contract to sign.
