On Wednesday evening, we attended the Guelph Chamber of Commerce Awards Gala where we were up the the Innovation Award.  We didn’t win but were Finalist out of all nominees!

This award recognizes a business or organization that has been in operation for a minimum of one year, and has created, invented, or developed an innovative product, process, or service that has resulted in a measurable and significant increase in revenue or job creation, productivity or quality, reduction in cost, and/or improvements in service

At the Rise.ca Awards Ceremony on November 03, 2024, we were truly blessed to win the Rotman Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year award, awarded by the Rotman Family in Toronto. The event was hosted by Anne-Marie Mediwake, anchor of the CTV television morning news program.

The award is for the entrepreneur that best exhibits success and growth in their personal and professional lives. When it comes to business planning, you have made smart and sound decisions. Your story is one to be celebrated and can stand as an example for others to follow. In order to be eligible for this award your business must be at least 2 years old (based on business registration date), generating stable or growing sales, and have at least 1 achievement that was larger than expected.

Another win!  Yes, another major business award, this time it was the 2024 New Venture of the Year award at the Awards Gala for the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce last night.

The Cambridge Chamber of Commerce’s “New Venture of the Year” award recognizes a new or existing business that has demonstrated innovation and significant improvements to their operating environment through design or technology. The award is part of the Chamber’s Business Excellence Awards, which celebrate local businesses.

Winner, winner!

We were very fortunate to have won the Greater KW Chamber of the Year New Business of the Year for 2024!

On Thursday, March 21, the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce, and the Waterloo Region business community came together in person and virtually to honour the extraordinary contributions of the organizations and volunteers who were nominated for the 14 categories of the 2024 Business Excellence Awards. CTV’s Daryl Morris acted as host and Master of Ceremonies for the evening’s celebrations with nearly 600 in-person guests (plus 60 live streaming party guests at Waterloo Brewing and 100 virtual) including business leaders, dignitaries, and community professionals.

Awarded to a business or startup that has:

• Been in operation for less than 2 years but more than 3 months, based on the nomination closing date

• Demonstrated proactive and innovative leadership within their business or industry

• Demonstrated measureable success, growth, or promise as a business and/or as an employer

• Practiced good corporate citizenship and made exceptional contributions by promoting community betterment as an employer.
