The Poop Valet is a licensed and fully insured business ($2 million liability and WSIB, as well as a member of aPaws - Association of Professional Animal Waste Services), which means you’re protected in the unlikely event of accidents or property damage. As long as we have safe, unobstructed access to your yard, you don’t need to be home. We even send a photo of your latched gate afterward so you can rest easy knowing your pup (and poop-free yard) is secure.

To keep everyone safe, dogs must be indoors during service. If your dog is outside when we arrive, we’ll knock or send a text. If we can’t proceed safely, we may need to reschedule or skip that visit.

All waste is bagged, sealed, and disposed of properly according to local waste management guidelines. You’ll never see poop in your green bin or lingering by the curb.

Yes! We offer one-time and seasonal cleanups, perfect before events, move-ins, or after the snow melts. These are priced based on time and yard condition — and we’re not afraid of a little doo-doo challenge.

We provide commercial pet waste station sales, maintenance, and cleanup for condos, apartment buildings, dog parks, churches, and more. Let us help you keep your community areas poop-free and professional.

We accept all major credit cards, e-transfers and cash, if necessary. Payments are processed automatically at the beginning of the month — prepaid before that month's service commences.
